Wasted Heretics is a melodic death metal band that refuses to be confined by the typical boundaries of death metal. The music is a dense mix of modern and old school influences. While being heavily rhythm and groove oriented, there is still a strong emphasis on melody and technical proficiency.

Being formed in 2016. The band quickly began creating a strong original set of songs. Each song being an amalgamation of the unique and diverse styles and influence that each member brings to the fold.

It wasn't until two years after being formed that Wasted Heretics would hit local stages. After only a year they have developed an impressive portfolio, playing with bands such as; aggression, revenger, insurrection and being western finalists for the 2018 Walken Metal Battle competitions.
